Quincy

Quincy, Massachusetts is located on the South Shore, eleven miles outside of Boston and separated from the city by the Neponset River. With its proximity to the state capital, it is considered a part of Boston’s metropolitan region. Its population is roughly 93,000 residents. Quincy is rich in United States history, as it was the birthplace of both the second President, John Adams, and the sixth President, John Quincy Adams. As a result, Quincy is the home to many historic locations, which include the Adams National Historical Park, the Hancock Cemetery, and the residence of Josiah Quincy, a high-status Revolutionary War leader. Additionally, the first commercial railroad in the United States, the Granite Railway, originated in Quincy; it is also where the much-beloved Dunkin’ Donuts established its first location in 1950. Quincy provides its community with access to the Massachusetts Bay Transportation System (MBTA), beaches that are popular amongst both residents and visitors, and almost a quarter of the Blue Hills Reservation that lies within Quincy’s borders.

Located in Norfolk County, Quincy is home to its own District Court, which is located on Dennis Ryan Parkway. Quincy’s Probate Court matters are handled through the Norfolk Probate Court in Canton, Massachusetts, while Quincy’s Superior Court matters are heard in Norfolk Superior Court in Dedham, Massachusetts.

I hired Mr. Duncan to deal with a very sensitive issue that my daughter had. Since the first contact, I had a very good impression of him. He transmitted confidence and appeared to know exactly what to do. I called and emailed him many times, he was polite and comprehensible with the anxiety of a father and appeared to know every step to solve the case. I strongly recommend Mr. Duncan. Flavio Lajoia

I am forever grateful to all the staff at this firm, but in particular, Ms. Shah, Mr. Zalkind and Mr. Silverglate. They represented my son who was being sought for extradition to Scotland. The case took years to fight, covering new legal ground, setting precedence. But each one of these legal eagles went above and beyond the duty of office... Suzanne D.
